Dear Club Members,
As decided in the board meeting, the installation will be in Ming Restaurant in Edison.
We will congregate at 6.30pm. The Chief Guest of the evening is DGE Dr.Tulsi Mahajan and we thank him to accept our invitation at the last moment! Mrs Mahajan has also been invited but we do not have a confirmation as yet. The Club members and our guests/spouses will number approximately 18 – 20.
This is going to be an informal installation but would still have some official businesses to be conducted. We will have an agenda to cover the following, may not be in the same order:
- Welcome DGE Mahajan and his charming wife; and a few words of wisdom from the DGE.
- Induction of the new Rotarian, Sunya Garvin
- Installation of the new President and Board
- Brief synopsis of the past Rotary Year 2010-11 – Young Lee
- Brief plan for the year 2011-12 – Vijay Gupta
- Vote of Thanks
